One of our Dedicated "Enterprise" Hosting Server has been down for more than 30 Hours and it took us 4 support tickets and more than 24 Hours to just get a reply on chat saying our server is down because of Ransomware and hard disk encryption (which we rubbish and doubt because we rarely login to the Remote Server unless it is really required. And the last time we logged in was about 4-5 days ago)

To add to our woes even after raising 4 support tickets online via chat (this is the only option available), there was no support ticket email sent to us on our registered email address.

(However, we've received the account verification email while chatting to raise the support ticket)

We're still awaiting any official email as to when our server will be restored and there's nothing we can do about it... I have sent a complaint email on feedback@***.com email address which I managed to get from one of the chat agents.

However, this was the reply I got for that email:

Is this the 99.98% uptime and 24/7/365 support that Hostgator is boasting on the website?
